Since 2004, For-ethiopia have carried out a number of water projects. These have been in the form of spring cappings, hand dug wells and drilled wells providing clean safe water to over 25,000 people.
Since 2011 we have been very fortunate to have received funds from an anonymous donor allowing us to complete twelve drilled wells and one spring capping.
We are committed to further communities that have already identified a number of water projects, who have improved access roads in anticipation of our next drilling programme, and organised themselves for contribution of labour and materials.
We are therefore seeking funding to be able to provide water wells in 2015 to these communities in the Ejere region. If you would like to donate or perhaps have a sponsored event or fundraising idea, please get in touch. We would love to talk to you.
